A session typically lasts 50-60 minutes, giving us time to dive into your goals, challenges, and action steps. If our schedules allow and the momentum feels right, we can extend up to 90 minutes.
Progress often happens between sessions as you work toward your goals. Some clients find what they need in just 2-3 sessions, while others choose to work together over several months—it all depends on your goals and the support you’re looking for.
Getting started is simple! First, we’ll schedule a free 25-minute discovery call to talk about your goals and see if we’re a good fit. If you decide to move forward, I’ll send a contract outlining confidentiality, cancellation policies, and payment details, and then we’ll book your first session.
I work on a session-by-session basis rather than requiring a package because I want you to feel comfortable and in control of the process—without any pressure or long-term commitment.
